Rochelle has worked in the legal profession for over 35 years, both in Dunedin and in Wellington, and has a sound understanding of the day-to-day management of law firms as well as the importance of meeting clients’ needs and expectations. 

For the past 23 years Rochelle has been actively involved in the operation and growth of McMillan&Co. from the firm’s inception as David Polson Lawyer in 2001 with David Polson as sole practitioner, to the partnership of Polson McMillan in 2011, and McMillan&Co. in 2018.  As Practice Manager Rochelle manages the administration of the firm working closely with professional staff as well as support staff to facilitate and oversee the smooth and efficient running of the practice.  Rochelle also works as PA to the firm’s Principal, Sally McMillan.

Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys the wining/dining scene with her husband Bruce and friends, and spending time with their Persian cat, Minnie. She is an avid armchair sports fan and is actively working on her golf handicap.  Rochelle enjoys living in the vibrant and ever changing city of Dunedin and to be on the door-step of stunning Central Otago where she and Bruce enjoy escaping to whenever they can.
